Here are some of the highlights of features, improvements, and bug fixes we shipped in January.
Access to the tenant statement view has been enhanced to bring the statement into the tenant view. This means you no longer have to leave the tenant area to run a report to generate a statement but you can access this all within the tenant view. The statement layout has also been enhanced to make the statement clearer with a option to view a compact or detailed version of the statement. The compact version simply shows the debits and credits at a high level but the detailed version displays all the individual charges. Additionally, the date selection has ben simplified to include common quick selections such as “This Month, “Last month”, “Last Quarter” etc with an option to also specify custom dates.
To improve security and data protection statements emailed from Affinity can be password protected. This ensures that only the intended recipient can open the statement with the password they have been provided. By default the password protection is disabled on Affinity accounts but can be enabled by the support team on request. Please get in touch if you would like to find out more about this via the support helpdesk or email.
For full details of all updates each month, check out the Release Notes section of the Affinity product helpdesk.
